Christmas at St James

Please note that we are currently in Tier 4 of the Covid-19 restrictions. We are at liberty to gather for worship, so let's all play our part in keeping one another safe by adopting the prevailing guidelines.


  • 10.30am Sunday 20 December (Physical & Online)


    The manger awaits!  The young at heart are encouraged to come dressed as a shepherd, angel or wise man and listen to the re-telling of the Christmas story. This year, there will be a Christingle for everyone to help them remember Jesus, the Light of the World!


  • 6.30pm Sunday 20 December (Physical & Online)


    Candlelight accompanies this traditional service of Bible readings and favourite carols in the company of the St James' musicians on the final Sunday evening before Christmas.


  • 11.15pm Thursday 24 December (Physical Only)


    Set aside the busy-ness of preparations to share in the first Lord's Supper this Christmas.


  • 10.30am Friday 25 December (Physical & Online)


    Share in the joy of God's great gift as we worship together the Saviour King, come to rescue his people.  Feel free to bring something from your Christmas stocking! There will be a short, optional, Lord's Supper service following the Family Service.
